Go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Roam and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We can't process cancellations directly, all subscriptions are managed by Apple.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Roam purchase, and tap "Request a Refund".
Open Roam → Profile → Settings → Delete account & data. This permanently removes your account and all trip data. Alternatively, email us below and we'll action it within 48 hours.
If generation fails, Roam automatically retries up to 3 times. If it still fails, your trip is not used. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, use the form below and include your destination and the date you tried.
Sign back in with the same Apple ID you used originally and your trips will restore automatically from our servers. If they don't appear within 30 seconds, force-close and reopen the app.
